You buy product and it takes over 30 days to contact customer service
You want to return item and they tell you it is past 30 days and then hang up on you.
Your stuck with product that is pure garbage!!!
Never buy another product from Kymaro, horrible product and no support from customer service. This is a scam that mislead the public with this fake info-commercial. We tried many numerous times to contact customer support and are put on hold waiting for a live person or some sort of recorded list of options.
The only option you have is to not purchase this product.
