The company representative I spoke to realy did a number on me. Telling me that the $8,000 credit line could be used to purchase computers, laser printers etc. When i got the information package and went to the web site it was totaly a shock. The computers were old technology and the only laser printer was low end. You had to purchase from some "Computer Club" not from Dell like the representative told me!!! Plus the vacation packages were just as much a joke.in general it was very misleading and decptive!!!
I called and cancelled my "trial membersh*t". I was told i had to sent the information package i had received back to the company before they could refund my money. So i sent it back. Well its been months now. When you call "customer service" no one answers and you get a recording telling you to leave name and number and they will get back to you. Yea Right!!! NOT!!!
