I placed an order on Eliminatorlightingdirect.com on 10/18 (order#167033). My credit card payment was processed the very next day 10/19/20. I have yet to receive my item or hear from them to say why. When I try calling the number listed on my invoice (330-494-2100) I just get a recording and no one ever picks up the line. I have also tried contacting them via email with no response from that either.
