Charged my account 10/4 and 10/31 for 41.15 each time. Asked their support why "You signed up for a similar program in the past and that company lost their fulfillment contracts and was unable to continue providing you service, the company that we support has improved the website".
The next response was "Well this subscription could have been something you signed up for quite a while back and maybe you forgot to cancel".
