Ordering online is VERY confusing and misleading. I ordered 1 cushy $19.95, free cushy, extra gel in the cushy $10.00 (they do not make it clear $10.00 per each cushy).inSTEAD I received 2 orders of 2, so I now have 4 extra gel cushys. I also ordered the neck pillow for shipping charges only at $7.95 WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED! I received an e-mail saying my charges were $127.65 yet I was charged $138.18. Tax was added AFTER I received the conformation e-mail.
I'm CONSIDERING returning all, but will only get $59.82 credit, because all the rest is shipping and handling! What a SCAM!
