The issue is that the order information was unclear to me. When they asked for quantity, I chose 2, assuming I had to do this to receive the 1 free one for buying the original. Turns out that I only had to order the one with two shipping charges (which I thought were excessive). My issue is: why wasn't this fact clarified before I got shafted for the above extra expense? It is extremely unlikely that I will ever go for another "buy one get one free extra shipping" scam again.
