I ordered the forever comfy cushion after watching a TV commercial. I too was hooked into this scam. The commercial advertised buy one get one free for $19.95.instead I was billed $47.75 for four cushions and $34.90 for shipping for a total billed of $82.65. Quite unbelievable. Also, there was no paper work in the box, no invoice therefore, no return information. When I called they could not give me a RAN - Return Authorization number and just told me to return the box. This is definitely a SCAM - do NOT order from this company!!
