Boots ordered 10/22 for 3 day delivery (paid extra for this) DHL carrier in UK delivered 10/29 They were listed as 'tablecloth' Carrier opened parcel and we could see they were screwed-up boots of inferior quality - and not genuine Uggboots as per their site We returned the boots immediately using DHL Many stupid emails from Company offering 5% and then 8% discount if we kept the boots which were already being returned - not required They said we could not return beacuse we did not have their address, and they were not prepared to give it to us Eventually established their FULL address through DHL - when we found it was Hong Kong On their site they infer it is UK/USA Avoid this company at all costs
