The football game was on a local channel and the local channel switched to another game in the 4th quarter with 11 minutes left because of the score being so lopsided. The game was NOT switched to one of the Direct TV channels. We pay for the football package so we can see our team play the entire game no matter what the score happens to be. Direct TV should have switched the game back to channel 708 when this happened with the local channel. We hope that this will not happen again. If it does you will loose us as future customers. Please consider a rebate credit to our account for our paying for a service that was not delivered.
