Package not sealed - Chips Ahoy Original Chocolate Chip Cookies

I live in Brazil and Mondelez do not sell Chips Ahoy here so everytime I go to US I buy a lot of packages. One of them, a 6Oz pakage came with the plastic bag not sealed correctly (maybe a problem in the assembly line, the machine that seal the white plastic with heat), as this plastic bag comes inside a paper box, I was not able to see it when I was in US and with the opened package, the taste of the cookies were really bad (I ate one and tasted terrible then I searched for anything odd and found the cause). As I line in Brazil, nothing will happen but I will and advise others to open the paper box.
