Everytime I attempt to make a return at target, I get harrassed by customer service like I'm a criminal. A few months back I purchased a wooden puzzle for my kids which was wrapped in plastic. Little did I know when I got home and opened it up, there was fuzzy mold growing under some of the pieces. It was late so I waited to return it the next morning. Upon explaining to the woman what I discovered, she tells me with a straight face I must have gotten the mold on it somehow. I told her sarcastically "yeah I bought a 10 dollar puzzle, took it home, grew mold on it overnight and now I want to return it." And now just recently I needed to return a shirt. Apparently the price tag on the shirt and a serial number on the shirt didn't match and I was accused of stealing the shirt and putting another price tag on it. Even when I had my receipt to show I purchased it. The woman tells me they'll have to check the cameras. I don't know what kind of customer service these people are being taught but accusing someone of producing mold on a puzzle and stealing a shirt and trying to return it with the correct receipt is just plain idiotic.
