Got a mailing that looks like a Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes EXCEPT that this one asks for money! I bought into it until I saw something about money. They want $11.89 as an acquisition fee. This can be paid by cash, check, or money order. It looks so similar to PCH but BEWARE!!
