I too fell victim to this scam. I answered a survey that came up while I was on a JCP network. They said I only had to pay S&H to receive prize for my time. They started to send perfume every month. I called JCP to stop this and called the number that appeared on my statement, stating I didn't want these perfume shipments which ranged from $49. To $95. I too am on a fixed income and this was charged without my knowledge. I am P%.
