Ireported back in may of this year that someone had stolen my phone. The customer repersentive informed me that the phone will be deactivated, but was not at that time, I had to call back serveral times, I put in for a replacement phone on 9/27 still havent recieve the phone till this day which is 11/05 i called back her in oct for a refund still to this day i havent recieve it. This company is full of (Inappropriate Content Removed) and all i want is my money back, it didnt take them this ong to take the payment of the $25 it should take them a whole month to refund me my money!!!
