I was having email problems and I call a so called yahoo problem solution company and was told the amount would be 249.95. I was concerned but I was told it was a one time fee and I would be protected 1 yr plus life. My problem was fix but now seeing I was charged twice is concerning. Also I can't get them on the phone or by email they sent me. I am trying to get it taken off my account but I don't know if they have access to my computer and my person information.
