I ordered a painted hood for my husband's 2003 Dodge Ram truck. When it came it was not painted and damaged. Took several calls and waiting for 20 minutes or more for each call to have them pick up the hood. It took 3 -4 weeks for them to pick it up. They sent another hood which was painted and extensively damaged. There was a claim form on the outer wrapping which was from from California, stating the damage. Several calls and several week later they finally picked up this hood. We decided that we did not want to deal with such incompetence. They told me, we would have to pay for the shipping and handling and the paint. I refuse to pay for shipping of damaged parts, which is NOT my fault and they obviously didn't paint the part specifically for me, as it was painted back in 2011 for someone in California. I am still waiting for some kind of restitution.
