I applied a loan with them a few weeks ago. My account was charged $19.00 for some fee, but by the money not being there they came back and charged me $44.00 a few weeks later saying that the $25.00 extra was a return fee. I have not heard from them about the loan are anything else. They say if you want to cancel out just e-mail to [email protected]. Well ever time i try it goes straight to complaints, so that tells you something. I cant talk to anyone because i keep getting a recording. If you at williams are reading this cancel me out and do not go back into my account.
