Same complaints as the other people. People on Yelp said the office in El Monte closed down and is moved to a new address in Hacienda Heights. Went there, and I swear, the people there were SO rude. They talked back to me, degraded me, refused to give me a business card just because I'm not a client of theirs. Which makes no sense because isn't that how you GET business?! They also rudely refused to give me their phone number and address, said "aren't you here? Shouldn't you know the address?" They claim that they are NOT affiliated with International Home Rental. But I doubt it, they just don't want to give my money back.
I still want my $195 back and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.
