I was contacted based on my resume on monster.com. I was a little weary at first but they had set up an account online for me to utilize to do my tasks. There was specific instructions and everything seemed professional. I was also asked to submit tax forms, mileage/expense forms. Then my pay date changed a couple times being postponed. This week, I have received no tasks which made me worry. I originally tried looking up information on the company but couldn't not find anything. Beginning to feel a bit weary again... I decided to see if I could find anything on this company. I found this website filled with complaints over the last couple months. I was initially contacted in September and given my first task on Oct 2. The horrible thing is that is seemed like a good opportunity. Pay offered was higher than I was receiving and flexibility was fantastic. I am a single mom and just realized... If this company really proves to be a scam... I wont be getting a paycheck to pay the bills. Not sure what to do especially with the holidays coming up all I can do is pray and cry. I can't believe I didn't listen to my instincts on this.
