It never ends. Refund never received from back in May of after compliance with their 30 cancellation policy. I still have documentation of my intent to cancel. Today, recd. Call from CSA (probably a collection agency) saying we owed $1300. Now, if we would agree to pay $498 they would settle for that amount and reinstate the cruise and travel benefits. We never agreed to anything other than the $198 to extend the original benefits, and never took advantage of any of the benefits offered. High pressure from the beginning — still high pressure. Do yourself a favor - hang up if you get a call from Special T Travel.
