As with everyone else who has complained, we were charged $29.95 for something we didn't authorize. However, *THIS TIME* their excuse is that it was a transcription error. Yeah, right. We're still fighting with them for the refund. But we're gonna enlist our lawyer if they don't come through here shortly. But, instead of 3-6 days, they're bugging about 15 days.
