On September 28 I ordered two items (TWO SEAT CUSHIONS AND TORTILLA SET) and they were deducted from my account and I have not received them and now in checking what is up, no one knows my name, email, etc. Etc. I cannot seem to get anyone to talk to me and got hung up on.
