I received a call from Franklin Financial and because I had been dealing with another company and doing pretty good took up their offer. I spoke with and email and fax communications with many of their associates. Also offers of paid time to meetings etc. I was given the account number to have money sent to their account to which I did. I verified their receipt as affirmative. I waited a month and did speak with an individual who stated that they were updating the leads I paid for ($3,000). I then waited another month and from that point on it was crazy. I was told from a Rep named Amber that Franklin did not deal with Rose Marketing anymore. Then I called back and spoke with a supervisor who then stated he knows nothing about Rose Marketing. (FFS marketing counterparts) He stated that he guess I was out of luck unless I wanted to invested additional money through him. Hahaha. I have since checked with the bank and yes the check was cleared with Rose Marketing but no business by that name now exists. I can do nothing more than a write-off. I contact IRS also.
