vided lower interest rates on Visa and Mastercard transactions by
businesses. For $10,000.00 he would provide 10,000 leads from Dunn & Bradstreet of businesses that were not already involved in such contracts. I informed him that I could not secure $10,000.00 at that time and he asked me what I could come up with and I told him $5,000.00. He informed me that he would provide the other $5,000 and I could repay it through my commissions. On 7/29 I wired Rose Marketing the funds. After that I was unable to reach Mr. Kennedy either at his personal # or through his receptionist. All I got was messages that my calls would be returned which they never were. My name is Daniel E.
