I was fostering two cats that my mother and I were taking care of. We became too busy to care for them, and the person who gave them to us took them to this shelter. I felt horrible, and had absolutely no idea what a shelter really consists of. These were very sweet cats, but with any animal needed time to adapt. I called two weeks later to check up on them and inquire about adopting them back. They had already been killed. The shelter said they were uncontrollable and had to be put down. They were extremely rude, and putting those cats down was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. They need to be shut down they way they act and treat both people and animals. I never would have allowed these cats to leave had I known they may be put to sleep!
