I had a phone call from my bank this morning, the anti fraud department, saying that some one had been trying to £69.95 out of my account twice, one payment went through but the second failed. I realized what this was for and the bank gave me a phone number for them: 02035149445, I got straight through to a call center, the chap I spoke to was polite but just kept repeating himself like a robot. He gave me 25 o/o reduction and then made it clear that the payment was for the FREE TRIAL that I had already recieved, all future transactions are now cancelled! I told him clearly in no uncertain terms that this was a CON and he just kept repeating that everything was in the TERMS and CONDITIONS at the bottom of the page, which when you look they are but the are not very visable! Be aware!!! Con artists!!!
