I have sent an email regarding my electric bill that has tripled in the last three months. I bought energy efficient appliances and have not used my air conditioner for the last two months. I sent an email and received a basic form email. I do not feel like my account was even reviewed. There is no way that my account has tripled from this time last year. But i feel like I cannot get any assiastnace from AEP. They first sent me a bill that said my last months bill was 765.00.. I live in a two bedroom condo. They have also just changed my due date. I feel there is something seriously wrong with the reading.
