Had 29.95 check conversion voucher with cancelled checks from the bank. For questions I called the number on the voucher. 1-877-886-0144
They claim it was an internet purchase. Bank claims they know nothing about it. Was told money would be back in my account in 10 to 15 days. Control number on voucher is 4285155.
