I sent for two free samples of face creams which were debited from my bank account. I have now received another pot of face cream which I DID NOT ORDER and the "invoice" reads 98.78.
Can we stop this from happening? I do not wish any more products sent to me, neither any money taken from my account.
I can get onto my bank to bring the Fraud Section onto this.
