I was forwarded to a higher-in-command phone rep who simply tried to persuade me to give them my credit card. I wasn't feeling well, and the guy started cursing at me in the situation. This all after a lecture on how they are trying to promote Caribbean cruise lines. Careful of these slime balls. Their number was 239-344-8391
