I'm totally infuriated as I just discovered today 2 fraudulent withdrawals, dated 25/10 both for $7.68 so I rang my bank and cancelled my card... Then as I was still talking with the bank and scrolling down my transactions I discovered 2 more from 13/10 for $68.46. The bank lodged a dispute and said they will investigate although I doubt if they will be able to recover any funds as the bank is to reimburse me. I have sent an email to their customer support, of course there will be no response and I have tried to call their number here in Au which of course doesn't work.
