When I saw on TV the ORGREENIC deal I was delighted so I oredered it. I bought the whole set for $309.94. When I received the set on the mail the lid that belongs to the 6 qt stockpot #MSRP came in broke to pieces. I call customer service they said they will replace it. Three weeks later I received the wrong lid because it was two small and it was not an original lid, the handle its totally a chip metal material and it does not have the ORGREENIC logo on the handle. I called back and now they want me to pay $8.99 to return the lid they sent me smaller by their mistake and also want to make me pay for their mistake. I request to return the hole set back to them and they said I cannot return the whole set unless I have the original carton they came in plus I have to pay for the return shipping postage. Also I have followed all the instructions as stated but the food still sticks to the pan. This the worst scam I have ever experience and the worst customer service, I've been threated very bad by this company and I demand a full refund of my money. I have all the payment evidence.
