I purchased an orgreenic skillet several months ago. IT seemed to work fine for awhile, but one day I accidentally burned onions and mushrooms in it. I had a heck of a time getting the burned stuff off the pan. Soaked it overnight, cooked it in soap water, used a silicone pad on it, etc. Finally got it clean, but now everything I put in it, even if I use Pam first, sticks. I called the company, they instructed me to prepare it again with the oil and I followed the instructions to the letter. Nothing. Everything still sticks immediately on it even when I use oil in the pan. I called back and they said I have to send them $7.99 and return the pan (which will cost me postage, of course) and they will send a new one. Don't feel I should spend that much money on a pan that I believe will end up the same way.
