Purchased a cruise voucher for 3 adults and 2 children. When booking, we were told the children could not go. Company has given me the run around for a year now about a refund. I have the original check and notes from nearly every phone conversation. Company has been sold and now Im being told they will not handle anything that happened before 9-1
