I called and spoke to Rachel a sales rep, Rachel told me that they really help people and they have connections with Landlords and Apts owners and can help me get into an apt. She even went as far as to say it I didnt have transportationt ehy would come an take me to the locations. Rachel told me that that they email vacancies every Friday. Go look at the places let them know and they will take care of everything else. Rachel told me that If Ithey could not help me then she would REFUND me my money. Rachel assured me that the company was not a scam and siad that she was a woman of GOD and would not work for a company like that. I trusted her and I was signed up for 1 week exactly. After that, I didnt recieve any vacancies. I made numerous phone calls with no response, then finally Rachel answers and tells me that her company is going through a crisis. SUnny who was the customer service person, NEVER ever answered the phone or called back. Then Rachel tell m I need to do what I need to do, if I am unhappy, I asked for my Money, she gave me run around. I wrote THE FTC regarding my experience with them. I also wrote the Attorney General. I want m $185.00 back. Beware... These people are evil... Wolves in sheeps clothing. They will decieve you ad take your money and patience. Stay away... PLEASE I still cant get throught to anyone...
