I check my account late last night before going to bed and I found out that I have charged by this loan process assistance on October 19 and this check process place has taken out $30.00. I am highly upset. I was on the road whole day of October 19, went to Austin, Texas and I don't have any transaction like this. I am going to my bank and file a dispute and a fraud at my checking account. I had never heard of this company before this happened, I had not signed up for loan assistance which is what my bank said they did.
