My d6300 was not working. Called tech they said do a few things and it killed router. Completely. They wanted to charge for a Return. Router was 2 days old!!! Return delayed four time all the time I had no Internet and could not work.
Netgear kept moving date.in the end I sourced a replacement myself. No compensation. No gesture to put tight. They even changed the CEOs email after I moaned to him. So email [email protected] and moan. I lost three weeks business and cost of router.
