I ordered a pair of boots from this company on Friday, October 12. I paid through pay pal and received a receipt from pay pal. I never received a confirmation email from the shoe company. I have emailed them FIVE times and get no response even though their website says that they will respond within 12 hours to any contact. I don't even know what to do now.
