I responded to a free trial on a radio ad for Retoxor. When I called the free trial turned into $9.99 for shipping... Should have hung up at that point. I didn't realize that they then charged me an additional $39.98 until I did notice a $179.98 charge on July 17. I called the company and demanded my money back, they said I had to send the product back first, which I did. I was told it would take 15-30 business days to refund my money. Here I am several months later, reading that this is how this criminal enterprise operates. I guess buyer beware, however I feel this criminal enterprise must be shut down, the sooner, the better!
