Well if this company can't find people to work for them they can't stay in business, this they know hints while researching add on Craig's list, They will go by a alias, They will not tell you your interviewing to sale Kirby's door to door until you get to interview, They know exactly what they are doing. They all ready know they are going to hire you, because they can use u as much as they want to get free advertising. Employees are especially at risk with in first month to few months of employment. Even if they know you will not work out they will set u up for failure send you out door to door or even to family and friends, they have nothing to lose.
They don't have to pay you, it's free advertising, you are supposed to get 60 appointments a month to get paid, ok easy right. However they could let you go on your 59th appointment and not pay you or anything. You will not get paid for any training. Or they will watch until you fail these people at this office have no management experience, no friends, no family, nothing to lose, they know about all scams, they have no problem telling you lies to get you to work for them and they will lie to any and everybody and step all over you using you, At first you will think they are just dedicated employees. You will soon learn why they have no friends and no family and just don't care
Some things to remember, trust me I personally have interviewed worked and researched Kirby as well as other individuals who have worked in different states as well as Washington state. People that will be successful there, have no life, no schedule, no family, ok being associated with a scam, ok with steeling, if you don't mind wasting your gas and time everyday all day.
Customers in Washington State, The number one thing that A Kirby sales person will say to get in or to make appointment is they will shampoo one whole room for free, this is flat out funny to me. It's not going to happen trust me. They are going to come In and flat out try to sale you Kirby and that is fine but why all the lies shame embarrassment, if it was a straight shooting company. Why do they have to constantly lie to get n doors using the word FREE, or why never mention name KIRBY. They will get in your house take everything out, not know what they are doing, the last thing that's going to happen is a clean carpet.
The employee may mention they are in completion, they will trash your other vacuum they will show you all this dirt in your house and how dirty you are, don't fall for if the Kirby was so wonderful WOW why are Kirby offices and cars so disgusting. Don't feel bad it's their job, none of the employees own or use the vacuum. Please keep this in mind they will use filters to show you what your own vacuum is leaving behind, pay attention the Kirby filter will never be clean either it's no different.
