They sent me a check for $3,950 stating this would cover the handling/taxes of my $250,000 check I won through the lottery that my numbers came up, 7-10-23-56-77. David Williams, the claims Agent keeps calling me and won't stop, he calls me from 1-647-707-3099 with global offices, in Hong-Kong, Ecuador, South Africa, and UK. WHAT A SCAM, SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! The bank notified me stating the check bounced, it was a phony. I turned this letter and envelope over to the FBI hoping to shut them down, and put them behind bars where they belong.
