I thought that I was recieving a free sample for shipping & handling. I started recieving more boxes in the mail, I recieved my charge card statements being charged $97.88. I contacted them by phone and was told that by giving my charge card # I agreed to the charges for a free sample. I instructed them to cancel the charges and refund the charges I returned the un-opened products in the original boxes, I have the Mail-box-it reciepts to prove the were returned, I paid the return shipping charges and they posted another $97.88 I was instructed to send an E-Mail stating that I would not dispute the charges to my card. I refused to do so there has been no credit back to my card and the products were returned. This is an internet scam and mail fraud.
I have visual, hearing and physical disabilities that I believe is the target marked for this deceptive marketing campaign. Can anyone help?
