IERF is the worst place you may go for your credential evaluation. They, just charge you high throughout the process in the names of different services.
Best part is they don't have any permanent employees the day one evaluates the other day he leaves the organization may be due to its reputation in the market. If that is not enough they don't have even a bit of knowledge about Education systems of other countries, they go by their own rules and policies which you may easily defy and you know thats not true about the education system of your country.
I had a very bad experience with these guys, they drew a hansome amount of 275$ out of me, took 6 months of time and came up with a report which I defended from various clearly extracts from other Evaluation Agencies, wikipedia about the Education system of my country, and even extracts from an Attorney. Since, they didn't have any thing solid to defend their report they just escaped by saying that "since you had signed an acknowledgement that you would agree with the report whatever they would come up with so now you have to go by our report." Result was I couldn't get admission in any of the three universities I applied. After six months of their useless work I went for another Evaluation agency WES, who came up with totally agreeable report in 2 weeks time and I got acceptance for the later semester from all the three Universities.
I can't agree more with the fact that IERF has no knowledge in the field they are dealing and they are pure waste of money and time to go for. Also, during my case itself twoo of the employees I was dealing left the organisation, hence I feel they don't even have permanent strongly qualified manpower too to do the job..
