This company billed me 29.95 UNAUTHORIZED and bc the amount was not in my primary account I was hit with a 36.00 fee as well. I have NEVER signed up for this company. Something is seriously wrong when you don't even have a username/password to login and the company has to provide you with it. They kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes before they sent me to www.CGHELP.org (however if you don't know the information it does you no good to go there). A woman had to walk me through it provide me with this information and then begged me not to cancel my membership to a company I have NEVER heard of?) My bank will refund all of it but that's not the point. I was a victim of fraud through paypal 3 months ago and that's the only way I can figure they got my information? It is quite disturbing. If you use their contact us form on their website when you hit submit you get a 404 error (not found) so don't bother with that either. There isn't even a gov't agency you can file a report against them with... Wth?
