Debits of $3.00 and $200.00 with no card details given

There are two debits on my bank account, one for $3.00 and another for $200.00. I have never bought anything through Facebook and have never given them my debit or credit card details. I found their phone number and got an automated system but could not get to talk to anyone.

Someone has to stop this. There seem to be thousands of people with the same problem.
