This company called us and told us we needed a LLC set up for a online business. The man named Ray told us that to set up a LLC in the state of Colorado would be around 3000.00 and that we need a LLC to get company credit. And that we needed a TAXID number for our online business and we would get all the money back at the end of the year when we file our taxes. First of all we found that it does not cost 3000.00 to set up a LLC in colorado it is 150.00. Second we cannot get companu credit because we dont have a business. Third we wont get this money back at the end of the year because we dont have a business.Pro Mentoring sold them our name and they called and lied to us. All these people are inter connected. Premier mentoring is all over the internet as Scam Fraudulent company. We were naive and did not know any better. We dont know anything about how a online business works or what you need to have one. So we feel stupid about falling for this scam. They also want to charge us 59.00 a month on top of the money they charged for the LLC for their website that we have no need for since we dont even have a online business.
