This is the exact complaint as jeremy2012. Contacted as a beneficary by a woman and asked to contact lord williams luther at this bank. Contacted by lord williams luther to open the account, asked to send $400.00 usd via western union. I was unable to get the funds right away and so it hasn't been sent. I just thought I would look into "Lord Williams Luther" and came upon this complaint with the exact details. Thank you.
