This place is not a place you would want as an employer. They try to picture everything in glitter and gold as if you, the employee come first. When in actuality you are worked to death, they video record you without your knowledge so they can see and hear everything you do. At that point they try to confront you about things that you have said on camera (even though you didn't know it was there) Savanna is a passive aggressive "manager". She smiles in your face as if she is concerned when she's not, she tries to talk to you like a child and uses a belittling tone of voice as if you're stupid. They do not work with your availability and will let you go with absolutely no reason. Their definition of working as a team is YOU do all the work while she micro-manages. The only way to get in touch with anyone there is via e-mail/text and its no guarantee she will respond back. The waxing pots are not kept clean and they double dip in the wax. This place is not all what its cracked up to be, and Savanna George is an incompetent cosmotoligist who works the system for her benefit and not those who help her keep her job.
