To whom it my concern,
I’m writing this e-mail in order to bring up my frustration with this Company.
We are plastic Surgery Office, Although After I did some online research I personally chose this company to provide services to our facility, I’ve made my decision based on the size and establishment of the company expecting great customer service and professionalism.
Unfortunately my experience so far is totally the opposite, creating a feeling that I did one of the worst decision in my life for choosing this company. I would like to explain why I feel this way:
The main problem we’ve had was that we had failure of a AC Unit in our Server room, This room carry valuable equipment worth of more than 25K.in order this equipment to function properly temperature is a crucial factor. I’ve called the company to report this emergency, The technicians show up in reasonable time same day. After they did inspection they suggest us completely new unit for this room. After they promise delivery of the new unit for same day, and us knowing the emergency of this issue. We believe them and wrote a fat check immediately. Not just that but trusting this company we’ve agreed all our coils around the office be cleaned to prevent further damage, and filters to be replaced.
Unfortunately what happened after we’ve wrote and give the check to the tech. Is I received only “Lies” “excuses” and “unfriendly phone conversations” with the office.
We didn’t receive the new unit same day as promised and paid for. We fight so hard this to be delivered and installed to our facility. Dealing with unfriendly phone operators and total ignorance from the management department.
It’s been days that we where without AC and our servers where heating to boiling point, Horrible!
The new costly washable filters for all AC units where ordered but not delivered in the next four weeks. Regardless of this fact the Tech left all the AC units totaly without any filter or protection and almost a month they were collecting dust that was stacking in to the coils again, Horrible
Yesterday I’ve request service in our surgical center and the technician came with an big attitude was very unfriendly because we’ve had surgeries that day and was difficult for hem to work on the AC, After I’ve explain to him that the AC is External Unite and located on the roof, He was very rude and start giving me excuses that he need to go inside the surgical room and refused to check the actual Roof unit, etc... Horrible
Don’t know what to say anymore, If nothing else I hope that from all my problems other inocent clients will learn a lession and stay away from this horrable company.
