On 8/27 I ordered a "free" sample of this day and night serum called Equinox. I just had to pay for the shipping and handling charge of $4.95. I bought this with my debit card. On my monthy review of my checking acct, I discovered charges on 9/10 for $89.00 and 9/24 for $105.95, totalling $204.95. I called customer service that was on mt checking statement and spoke with customer service Shawn Parker, ID # 2434. He would not reimburse my money. I feel this company uses fraudulent behavior.
